How to Support Fair Courts

Our courts are supposed to protect the rights of the people and uphold the rights given to us in the Constitution. Learn more about our federal courts and who is serving on the bench by visiting these resources:

  • The Fair Courts Program” from The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights highlights the need for judges who rule on behalf of everyday people and not the wealthy or powerful. 
  • The American Constitution Society created a tool to see exactly how each U.S. Senator has voted on the confirmation of judges and what kind of judges they are voting for.
